This role includes:

• Processing handheld sales and verifying and posting field bank deposits to General Ledger
• Reconciles, prepares and files sales and use tax for assigned locations
• Report and reconcile on equipment inventory
• Compliant with all sales and use tax business license requirements
• Timely and accurate accounting records as related to scope of role
• Accurate equipment inventory reporting
• Other duties as assigned

What does the role require?

• 3+ years of general accounting experience required 
• Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field preferred 
• Strong analytical and computer skills
• Great Plaines experience preferred
• Minimum 3+ years of Excel experience
• Strong organizational and prioritizing skills
• Exceptional interpersonal skills
• Embraces our company’s Values, Vision, and Mission
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Must be at least 21 years old
• A competitive spirit and interest in providing excellent customer service
