Essential Job Functions:
- Processing handheld sales and verifying and posting field bank deposits to General Ledger
- Reconciles, prepares and files sales and use tax for assigned locations
- Report and reconcile on equipment inventory
- Compliant with all sales and use tax business license requirements
- Timely and accurate accounting records as related to scope of role
- Accurate equipment inventory reporting
- Other duties as assigned
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Embraces our company’s Values, Vision, and Mission
- 3+ years of general accounting experience required
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field preferred
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and computer skills
- Great Plaines experience preferred
- Minimum 3+ years of Excel experience
- Strong organizational and prioritizing skills
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
